To set up a printer, you just have to connect to your PC. Simply plug the USB cable from your printer into an available USB port on your PC, and turn on the printer.

To install A Local Printer

Click the Start button, and then, on the Start menu, click on Device and Printers.
Click Add a printer
In the Add Printer Wizard, click Add a local printer.
Select the printer port page, make sure that the existing port button is used and the recommended printer port is selected, and then click Next.
On the printer window install, select the printer manufacturer and model, and then click Next.
If your printer is not listed, click on Windows Update, and then wait while Windows checks for additional drivers.

Complete the additional steps in the wizard, and then click Finish.
